Booking Terms

We keep our workshops small, with just eight places in each session, so every place matters. Please read these terms before you book.

Workshop places are paid in full when you book.
Workshop bookings are non-refundable.
If you can't make it and you let us know at least seven days before your workshop, we'll move you to another session if there's a place free, or give you a voucher for the full value of your booking. Vouchers can be used towards another workshop or anything in the shop, such as a ready-made Welcome Door Ring, and must be used by Wednesday 23 December 2026.
With less than seven days' notice we can't move your booking or offer a voucher, as we're unlikely to be able to fill your place. You're very welcome to send a friend instead; just let us know their name.
Please arrive in good time. We can't refund or move a booking if you arrive late or miss your session.
If we have to cancel or change a workshop ourselves, we'll offer you another date or a full refund.

Door rings are collection only. We don't post them.
You can buy one in the shop, or order ahead online and collect it from A Little Christmas, 4 Towneley Road, Longridge, Preston, PR3 3EA, 10am to 4.30pm on open days.
We'll email you when your door ring is ready. The last day for collections is Wednesday 23 December 2026.

Hampers are pre-ordered online and made up together. Pre-orders close on Thursday 10 December 2026.
We post all hampers in one batch the week of 14 December 2026, so they arrive in good time for Christmas.
We deliver hampers to UK addresses only.
