Refund policy

We want you to love everything from The Little Tea Co. Please read the details below, as our workshops and many of our products are handmade, perishable or made to order.

Workshops

Workshop places are non-refundable. If you let us know at least seven days before your workshop, we'll move you to another session where there's space, or give you a voucher for the full value of your booking to use by Wednesday 23 December 2026. With less than seven days' notice we can't move your booking or offer a voucher, but you're welcome to send a friend in your place. If we have to cancel or change a workshop ourselves, we'll offer you another date or a full refund. Full details are in our booking terms.

Welcome Door Rings

Our door rings are handmade from fresh, natural materials, so we can't accept returns once they've been collected, unless they're faulty. If you need to cancel an order before it's been made up, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Door rings are collection only, and any not collected by Wednesday 23 December 2026 can't be refunded.

Christmas tea hampers

Hampers contain food and are made up to order, so they can't be returned once they've been posted, unless they arrive damaged or faulty. You can cancel a hamper pre-order for a full refund before we make up and post hampers in the week of 14 December.

Gift wrapping

Gift wrapping is a service carried out in the shop, so it can't be refunded once the wrapping has been done.

Damaged or faulty items

If anything arrives damaged or isn't right, please email us at thelittleteaco@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery or collection, with a photo if you can. We'll put it right with a replacement or a refund.
